Stage 360 – Port Wakefield to Dublin

Almost flat, but ever so slightly lumpy and uphill, stage 360 south east from Port Wakefield is a bit of a powerfest.

The road descends ever so slightly for four miles from the off, down to Inkerman, east of Proof Range on the coast of the Spencer Gulf. Thereafter it climbs ever so gently, past Mary Burts Corner and Avonlea, to Lindham at nine miles. There, the Port Wakefield Highway swings left then right before embarking on what is a gentle left hander to Woodbine at fifteen miles, passing by Penbera, Sunytime, Wild Horse Plains and the fantastically named Didyabringyagrogalong.

From Woodbine, the road swings right to Windsor before running straight through Pine Hill to Dublin at eighteen miles. A left/right shimmy through Dublin then sets up a short sharp climb on the way out of town before the road descends from twenty miles on a straight run to the finish.
